Adult Membership of St Bridget’s Pitch & Putt Club (Ladies/Gents over 18).

Please complete the online membership application form on the membership page to compliment you online payment once payment is made. Please put your payment reference/order number on the application form as it helps us reconcile each payment with the appropriate memebrship form.  Application form must be completed otherwise membership fee will be returned. A NEW COMPLETED MEMBERSHIP FORM IS REQUIRED EACH NEW MEMBERSHIP YEAR.
